Yarn is currently the only product we will accept returns on unless your shipment was damaged during delivery.
There are going to be times when you receive your yarn and you discover it is not what you wanted or the color is not what you thought it was.
We will authorize returns within 21 days of purchase..
The gourmet yarn company will refund the full purchase price if the following criteria are met:
1. The product is returned in its original condition with all labels intact. 2. The Gourmet Yarn Company must be contacted prior to shipping and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) has been issued. 3. The RMA# is visible on the shipping box. Any returns received without an RMA# will be refused. 4. The original receipt must accompany the return.
We suggest insuring any packages shipped to us as we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipment back to us.
Shipping:
The Gourmet Yarn Company currently offers a flat rate shipping charge of $6.00 within the continental U.S. Priority shipping charges will apply if you want your order fast.
All orders will be shipped within 48 business hours of receipt.
If for some reason your order can not be shipped complete we will notify you by email or phone and wait for a response before shipping an incomplete order.
Backorders will be shipped as soon as they are received and you will be notified by email.
