The Monthly Knit-In has become a do-not-miss event each month. Lately, we’ve had over 30 knitters and crocheters (yes, we don’t discriminate!) at the Knit-In, and not only is it a wonderful rowdy crowd but there is lots of great food and friendship.
So please join us the first Saturday of each month (except in June, when it will be held on the second Saturday—be sure to mark your calendar!) from 4-8pm for a knitting party! Bring a dish or beverage to share, bring your projects, and be ready for a stitchin' good time!
There are also prizes. Yep. Prizes! We’ve given away yarn, magnetic knitting poetry so you can write poems about knitting on your fridge, and other neat stuff. They are equal opportunity drawings so no skill is required (other than being a knitter or crocheter, that is!).
No sign-up or fee is required. The Knit-In is a great opportunity to show off your finished work, see what other people are knitting/crocheting.
And, by the way, did we mention food???
