We normally ship by UPS and the Postal Service. Let us know if
you need to have special handling and shipping. All shipping will be charged based on total cost excluding tax. If your order is less than $100, we will charge a flat rate of $7.00. Orders above $100.00 will be shipped for free. Global shipping to include Alaska and Hawaii: we ship Priority Mail, unless you prefer a different carrier. Rates are based on published Priority Mail rates plus $1.00 S&H. Please call the GYC Store for details.
For Patterns, we will send a PDF to you via email as soon as we process your order. Hard copies may be provided for an additional $4.00, and will include a protective sleeve and shipping.
At your request, we will wind your yarn at no additional cost. Just let us know when ordering. Wound yarn cannot be returned for a full refund or credit.

In-Store Pickup (will reimburse you shipping costs at time of pick-up): Your order will be processed promptly and ready to be picked up within 24 hours during normal business hours. Occasionally we will be unable to fill your order with a single dye lot. We will contact you to discuss options. For back-ordered items, in-stock items will be charged and notify you as to the back-ordered arrival. For sold-out items, we will notify you immediately and discuss options. There will not be any charges applied.
For returns: If our error, items may be returned for full credit or replacement to include shipping costs (both ways). On correctly filled orders (must be sealed package), you may return with no refunds on shipping and handling costs. No returns on books, patterns, needles, or magazines. No returns accepted after 30 days from the date on your sales slip.
